Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays, after payment has been received. Exceptions to this may occur when verification of billing party information is required.
*We cannot adjust/change shipping information once your order has been placed. Please make sure shipping information is correct prior to placing your order.
The USPS FedEx and UPS delivery dates/times for shipments are estimated, not guaranteed!
Signature may be required from the recipient at the time of delivery. The location for delivery and value of merchandise being shipped are considered when deciding this delivery option.
International Orders
International orders are shipped using DHL, FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). For USPS shipments weighing less than 4 pounds the option of First Class Mail International can be used. An Important Note about USPS First Class International Mail:
USPS First Class Mail International shipments can take an average of 14 business days to arrive. Depending on your country/customs process, orders can take up to 60 business days for delivery. Tracking information is limited for First Class Mail International.
USPS Priority Mail International shipping is required for shipments weighing more than 4 pounds. Orders weighing less than 4 pounds can be upgraded to Priority Mail International during the check-out process.
Import Duties/taxes/VAT (Customs)
You are required to pay all applicable import duties, taxes and other charges. The charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges you paid when placing your order. Please contact your country’s customs office or agency to calculate these additional costs prior to bidding/buying.
We cannot and do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"; US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Returns
We will accept returns requests made within 30 days from the time of payment/ordering. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs back to seller.
Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition as when they left our warehouse. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and include the product tag(s)/labels/packaging.
For exchanges, please contact seller, as availability of desired item must be verified. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs back to our warehouse when exchanging an item. In turn, seller will pay shipping costs for exchanged item shipment.
